First day down!

So I finished the first day of the 30 day squat challenge. I have to say, it wasn’t bad at all. But I paired it with a nice intense cardio and weight training. All that combined and I really just wanted to nap all afternoon. Oh well.
I’m going to be breaking the day into at least 3 set. For example I did 20 this morning before going into town, 20 at the gym and then 10 a bit after I got home.
Easy now, we’ll see how I feel when I have to do 250 of them.
