Green Spinach Salad

Here’s a quick and easy green salad.

Really on three ingredients, because a salad base. But really good and full of vitamins and minerals . Apple, goat cheese and pumpkin seed.

Spinach Salad Recipe :

Spinach/mix 1 1/2 cups
Apple 1/2 sliced thin
Pumpkin Seeds 1/4 cup
Goat Cheese 1 oz crumbled
Dressing of choice 1 to 2 tbsp (I like a vinaigrette)
